Why Reviews Are Important for Businesses

We recently wrote a blog regarding the benefits of using remote team technology. This time, we’ll be looking at the effects in an applied setting. Let’s start by chatting more about the effect of one of the most misunderstood tools in business – the review.

We’ll be using two of the most recent Clutch reviews as case studies. We picked these two projects because we believe that they represent the intangible benefits that reviews give companies without them realizing it.

We’re happy to say that we outdid ourselves on these particular projects as well. We’ve been recognized by The Manifest because of them.

Experiencing Improvements

Some improvements are easy to measure. Clicks, conversion rates, sales, so on and so forth. What is a bit less tangible are the logistics of the online experience. The ease of completing tasks, the ability to multitask, or the confidence of delivering a requirement without sacrificing quality.

These are all things that are easily felt in the moment but don’t have a spot in a report. This is why these reviews are so valuable. They put into writing all the benefits that don’t fit neatly into monthly forms.

One of the best things that the client highlighted in this review is how well they worked with our CEO and kept up constant communication. These are the little things that can mean the difference between success and failure in a project.

Understanding Improvements

A meeting of the minds is one of the most important and basic steps in establishing a working relationship. It’s nearly impossible to deliver something up to the client’s standard without first understanding who they are, what they do, and why they do it.

Similar to the first example, there’s no place in any kind of report for when a business does this part particularly well. But ask anyone and they will agree that it makes a world of difference in how well a partnership will work.

This is why we’re especially happy that the client for this review highlighted that we were able to accomplish this feat while working with them.

We’re a team that values the intangible of any project. If you agree with this then we’re the team for you. Talk to us and we’ll discuss more about how we can take your business to the next level.
