Step 5: Close The Loop So The System Improves
If humans correct outputs but the workflow doesn’t change, you’ll pay for the same mistakes forever.
Create a cadence where corrections become updates: prompts, rules, templates, knowledge base improvements, routing changes, and threshold adjustments.
That’s how exposure turns into progress.
