Madhu is a tech geek who loves to learn and implement new technologies and tools. In his past life he was a DJ but even today you will find his feet thumping to the beats. He is an avid reader and a true adventurer.

As an innovative and performance-driven entrepreneur, he deeply believes that team members are the biggest asset for any company. Hence at Noon Dalton, every team member is nurtured, empowered, and considered as family.

Madhukar thrives on consistent innovation and building systems to manage everything efficiently. He is hands-on with managing all aspects and has a keen affinity toward business development and technology.

Madhukar holds a degree in Computer Science and a Masters diploma in Computer Engineering.

When he’s not working, you can find him listening to DJ Tiesto, reading a good book, doing breathing exercises and meditating, or ice-bathing with the Wim Hof method. Madhu also enjoys more contemplative pursuits, such as the Camino De Santiago – 800 Kilometers all on foot.
